Frequently asked
If your question isn't here, email hello@yourswaiting.com.au. A human replies within a business day.
Yes. Flat. One time. The price you see on the home page is the only number on the invoice. No "starter" tier, no "premium" tier, no "we noticed your traffic grew, here's a higher plan".
The only extra possible cost: if you don't already own a domain, we'll buy it on your behalf at cost (typically $15–$30 AUD for a .com.au or .au) and pass it through. We don't mark it up.
You do. Completely. We hand over the code (a GitHub repo with the full source), the design files, the domain (registered in your name), and the hosting account (in your name on Netlify's free tier).
If we vanished tomorrow, your site keeps running. No vendor lock-in. No proprietary CMS you can't escape. No "we'll send your data export within 30 business days".
Nothing happens. The preview link expires in 7 days. We don't follow up. We don't email "just checking in!". We don't sell your details. We don't run retargeting ads at you.
The build we did for you sits in a folder for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it goes in the bin. That's the deal.
From the moment you submit the form, we aim for a preview link in your inbox within one business day (Brisbane time). In practice it's usually 8–14 hours. Submit Monday morning, see your site Tuesday morning.
Friday afternoon submissions land Monday morning. We don't pretend we work weekends.
One round of small edits is included in the $999: swap a photo, fix a typo, adjust the service descriptions, change a colour, update opening hours. Submit them within 14 days of paying and they're done within 48 hours.
Bigger changes (new pages, rebuilding sections, custom features) are quoted separately at $150/hour. Most clients don't need them.
To be plain: custom booking systems, e-commerce stores, blog platforms, CRMs, member logins, multi-language sites, AI chatbots, custom illustrations, video production, ongoing SEO services, paid ad management, social media management.
What's included: a 5-page brochure-style site that loads fast, looks premium, and turns visitors into phone calls.
Those industries have regulated marketing copy. A claim about a financial product needs an AFSL disclaimer. A medical clinic page needs to comply with AHPRA advertising guidelines. A legal services page can't promise outcomes.
We'd need to read your specific compliance docs and write to your specific licence, which doesn't fit the $999 flat model. Talk to an agency that specialises in your sector.
Yes. We set up Google Search Console for your domain, submit a sitemap, write meta tags for your trade and suburb, and structure your contact info with schema markup. Within 1–4 weeks Google will index you.
That said, $999 doesn't buy you a #1 ranking for "plumber Brisbane". That takes ongoing SEO work, backlinks, and reviews. We're getting you the technical foundation right. The traffic-building work is on you (or someone you hire later).
Your site runs on Netlify's free tier, with the account registered in your name and your credit card never on file. Netlify's free tier handles 100GB of bandwidth a month — more than enough for a tradie business.
If you somehow blow past that (good problem), Netlify will email you. No surprise hosting bill from us.
Yourswaiting is a brand of Black and White Renos Pty Ltd, registered in Queensland, ABN 82 665 395 791, GST-registered. We're the same team that operates TKAI and BW AI.
We started Yourswaiting after watching too many tradies pay $5,000 for a Squarespace template their nephew could have built. The bar should be higher and the price should be lower. So we made it.
Yes. The demo IS your site, with your name swapped in. Same layout, same typography, same care. We don't switch to a cheaper template after you pay.
If you want a completely different visual direction, that's not what $999 buys. $999 buys the demo, customised for you, done well.
Log into your Netlify account (the one we set up in your name on Day 1) and click "Delete site". Done. Two clicks.
Your domain registration is separate — to release that, contact your registrar (we'll tell you who it is on handover).
